"The place is so understaffed it's sad. They never have anyone working a register, even when the self-checkout is 10 people deep. Manager(s) are pathetic, which is being nice. 3months later, the place is still a hot pile of garbage with no staff on a register."
"Been coming to this target for a long time and have always had a considerably better experiences here over the other HR location, especially with accuracy on inventory and what they carry, employees are super helpful"
"The employees are very helpful and warm. I wanted to ask you about the women clothing style you have are not as nice of the clothing two years back ,I like the classic style from domes back .the color are not bad is too much of the same style from the 1800 century brerry is what you call that style"
"This one star is for online customer service, I went out of my way to shop here for a promotion, I normally by groceries at king Soopers. The last 100 I spent I was told I would get the promotion 30 back by the team member. Never got it called customer service, apparently I missed it by a day and they wouldn’t honor it. Your customer service sucks, step it up and do right by your customers. Everyone in the store is great but anytime I have had to deal with online customer service they are awful."
"Tried to use my 20% teacher discount, and it was a nightmare. It didn’t ring up correctly because the cashier told us we could use another coupon as well, which was not true, and then no one in the store took responsibility to make it right. We were told they could not discount it or give us any money back and that the coupon was now used so they couldn’t re-ring it. They had us call the 800 number who told us after a lot of back and forth that he could offer a gift card. It was a fairly significant amount, and we really just wanted the correct price. We finally agreed to the gift cards, only to receive an email a few hours later telling us nothing could be done, no gift card, and we had to go back to the store. Again. When I went back to the store, ended up talking to the same person at the customer service desk that I had started with. He started to tell me again that he was nothing. They could do one of the other customer service representatives who wasn’t a manager or anything came up with a solution that helped us be able to get our money back that they could bring it in and give us the correct amount which means they could’ve done that to start with, and saved us several hours of time and a couple of phone calls and trips to the store and a lot of frustration. It’s nice that Target wants to help teachers out. Goodness knows we spend a lot of our own money on supplies. But this was not worth the hassle."
