"the worst primary care doctor i’ve been to. had to wait TWO HOURS to see the dr moazam and he said i needed bloodwork and was given a paper to get it done at quest. i get there and they say they cant do it, so when i contact the doctor’s office they said ‘oh yeah go to labcorp’ and then a week and a half later say they never got my bloodwork and that I HAVE TO SEND IT TO THEM MYSELF?? what doctor does that? the nurse practitioner i saw for depression told me i need a job and to go to church AFTER i told her i'm not religious. this practice is a literal joke, they shouldn’t be able to see patients. they have NO organization, no communication, and if you have to see the doctor you better take off the entire day cause you wont be seen until 2-3 hours after your appointment time. the worst experience with a doctor i’ve ever had in my entire life"

"Made an appointment with the doctor to discuss urgently needed medication for severe anxiety. Took the day off of work for the appointment. They made me wait in the stressful waiting room for almost an hour past my appointment time and then only had me see the nurse. She was nice but was not able to answer my questions or prescribe anything. She did recommend jesus as one potential remedy for my anxiety which I did not appreciate, since I came in for guidance from a professional. Apparently the doctor only works on Saturdays so I left without any advice or prescription. They told me the doctor would call me later that evening but I never received the call. I tried to follow up today and talked to a guy who barely spoke English but told me that there was a note on my file that an rx was apparently filled for me but he did not know what it was or where to pick it up. I know that I'm on Medicaid but that doesn't mean I should be treated like my mental health doesn't matter. I'm struggling and this clinic has literally increased my anxiety with their awful service and provided zero help whatsoever. I recommend literally any other place than this."

Shelby was on top of emails all the time and she made sure paperwork was submitted in time. Definitely recommend coming here for any immigration related medical paperwork needs."
