"This people are rude and should be shut down for the amount of abuse they put on people. They lie about everything including your medical diagnostics. The police only use that hospital because they would lie through their teeth to “help” prosecute people. Avoid this place otherwise you get people being arrested coming in and out!"

"If I could give this place less then one star I would. The medical staff was incredibly unprofessional. The nurse was laughing while asking me suicidal questions and made the whole experience worse. The doctor was just as bad. Telling me he usually only works with UTIs and doesn’t branch out of that area. If something more then he won’t help you. Don’t go here or to any UCHealth for that matter."

"I just had total left knee replacement and could not have been more impressed with every single aspect of my care. From my spotless clean room, to the courteous dietary person with really good food, to the fantastic nursing staff in every way, to the expertise of my PA Mike Sciortino, skilled Orthopedic physician, Dr Schaeffer , Anesthesiologist, Dr Liebel and the excellent OR staff, my experience was best I’ve ever had. I appreciated the excellent team work and expert, personable care."

"What a pleasure to be able to get an MRI on a Sunday afternoon, and be treated with such kindness and respect! I was assisted by Lynn and Michael, and they’re fantastic! I have the InspireSleep device implanted in my chest, and they followed all the precautions for the MRI. I will attempt to have any future imaging done at Grandview Medical Center! (Bonus - it’s very close to home, so it’s convenient!)"

"I have been to this hospital's ER before and have always been pleased. But on Monday December 19th I was very disappointed in the care I received. I came in with excruciating pain in my mid back and for cough and sharp stomach pain. I thought the God awful pain in my back was my kidney but cat scan showed kidney to be normal. I did test positive for influenza. The doctor then said it must be muscle strain on my back. I then asked for muscle cream. Doctor asked in a condescending tone "What kind?" Isn't she the "medical professional"? Shouldnt she know what kind. She sent me home with NOTHING for my influenza symptoms and now I'm home and still feeling miserable. I will end up going to an urgent care for treatment if I'm not better by tomorrow. The provider I saw didn't even listen to my chest, look at my throat or ears. I feel I got less than adequate treatment because of tenure, all the good doctors are on vacation for Christmas."
