She was so knowledgeable about what colors went best under certain color shirts, which bra styles needed to be sized up or down, which are their best sellers and which are her favorite go-to’s. She’s so friendly and helpful and made the process fun! I’ve definitely found my new bra shop. Thank you!"

"I called trying to get help about a package that was lost that I ordered through this store and the retail rep refused to help me , shouldn’t even give the customer service number to me she told me to go google it!!! I will never return to this location being you’re location doesn’t understand what customer service is !!!!"

"I was in Soma last week and I was really disappointed with my experience. I have shopped there for years and have never had an issue. Michelle was “helping” me and and she has very poor customer service skills. I told her that I had recently had a baby and wasn’t sure what size I was anymore. I was hoping that she would have measured me to get an accurate new size. Instead, she insisted that the bra size that I was currently in must work fine since I was at least wearing the bra. Sure enough, she was wrong and I spent 15 minutes trying on bras that didn’t fit. She was short with me, rude and acted like she didn’t have the time of day to help me. I was extremely discouraged after that experience and I won’t be going back to that Soma location again."
