"The only problems I had at Aspen Lodge were the rotten people I lived with! Jeff and the land lady were as good to me as they could be. I had no idea what was going on behind my back with the Minor Hill people I messed up and brought home with me to Colorado. I hope Matt, Jeff, and the other regulars are all doing okay! I’ve been away from Sabrina and (completely) sober for more than 2-years. When I get back to the springs, I may see about getting my next start at Aspen Lodge."

"my husband and i stayed here for over a year. the rates were the best around, the owners are good people. jeff and jason do a great job keeping the place up and taking care of business. we had the AC unit die on a very hot day and jeff went above and beyond to get it replaced that same day! same scenario with the fridge but that was months later. the place is quiet, no tweakers, no major drama during our stay. no bed bugs or pests of any kind, they stay on top of that like clockwork. if you are fortunate enough to catch a room open, dont bother looking elsewhere and just take it. the carpet is pretty old, but we put rugs down and it was fine. they may have removed the carpet when we moved out. all in all, great place, clean, no bugs, and pretty central to the springs. there is a nice walking path nearby as well which our dogs loved!"

"For anyone having a hard time finding a place to stay this place is a big help. Yes the rooms are pretty basic but when you have almost nothing it's nice knowing you have a place to go. Jeff is a great guy and I am grateful for all the help he has given me."

"The staff here is excellent and friendly. They made me feel welcome and appreciated. My room was remodeled, clean and very comfortable. Overall rates were competitive and its quite affordable for a great location close to everything. Overall an excellent experience and I plan to tell my friends to try this place instead of wasting money on the same big name chain places around."

"Our family fell on hard times with the rental market the way it is. We stayed in this motel for 9 months. They were very attentive to any request we had. The housekeeper was amazing. They have a nice security system in place that made us feel safe. They worked with us when money was tight and helped keep a roof over our kids heads. We even got our deposit back. After nine months any motel would have found a reason to keep it. As long as you're clean and honest people this is a good place for you. Yes it could use a little upgrading but beggars can't be choosers. We will be forever grateful for this place and it's nice staff!"
