"Stayed long term at this hotel, it was the biggest mistake I ever made. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of my room, floors don’t look like they been swept or mopped in weeks, the people behind the walls and roof of our room are very loud, over night, I've woken up each day with fresh spider bites on my arms. During the night, I got woken up by a mouse trying to get into our trash can, it is so so disgusting!!! The front window has an opening that’s letting cold air from the outside into the room. We were given towels that had hair on them. The only pros about this place is it’s near restaurants, a Walmart, and 5 minutes away from a mall. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. I will not be staying here ever again, I would rather pay extra at another hotel than staying at this filthy place."

"The location is great but the room was not in good shape. As they say, you get what you pay for. I brought my concerns to management and was promised that they would resolve the issues so hopefully they will make the place better for future visitors."

"If I could give NO stars I definitely would. This place has been the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! I book a reservation for a stay and to PAY IN PERSON! Then the so called manager wants to cancel my reservation a couple days before I arrive. After trying to get my reservation back she told me and I specifically told her in person till 8/7/23 we were staying. We all agreed… turns out she was kicking us out 2 days earlier. MARIA is her name! She is the worst! And does not know how to run a business. She was so unprofessional and RUDE and told me there was nothing she could do for us even after agreeing she did remember us telling her that we wanted to stay till 8/7/23. I wouldn’t go there at all! Please save your money! I’d hate for anyone else to experience losing out on money. Now we have to cut our trip short. So thanks MARIA for making the stay HORRIBLE!"

"If I could give no stars I would. First getting there we find out the hotel staff canceled our reservation because they ran our credit card a week before just to get the deposit and when it declined they immediately canceled our reservation with no call or email. Second NONE of the amenities here are working, no elevator, no parking because of a huge dumpster taking up the back half of the lot, and no working washers and dryers. Third the rooms are filthy the hotel staff will only spray bottles of bleach and disinfectant on the bed to make the room smell clean. Don’t waste your money here!"
