"I needed a place while I was trying to find a apartment. I ended up staying 2 weeks and then I finally got a apartment! I appreciated having a nice size fridge for the time I was here and also being able to cook my meals. The room was spacious and overall I had no concerns about safety. This was the cheapest option for me, and it was very nice for the price. I will definitely be back if I ever need to stay somewhere for 2 weeks or more I recommend this hotel."

"I only give this hotel, a five star rating for location because it’s convenient for my day to day but everything else about this hotel I wouldn’t even give it one star. For starters the staff here is absolutely horrible. The general manager very rude, arrogant, and incompetent man. That does not take accountability for his mistakes or the incompetency of his staff. The service here is very lousy the hotel as far as the inside nasty, they mop the floor with black nasty mop water. They do not tell you that after you stay for a certain amount of time certain things will not be provided for you like toilet tissue, for example. Hotel never has clean sheets or clean towels will always wait for multiple hours to get those things. General manager has known that I’ve been here for two months never mentioned that there was a tax credit for consecutive stay of 30 days. Then would rather argue with me about it like I haven’t been paying for the last 2 1/2 months. Very unprofessional. Customer service very lousy. Everything about this hotel besides, it’s location is not worth the money. If you are looking for temporary housing, this extended-stay is not it!! Constant loud, banging on the ceiling all throughout the night no matter how much you ask management to say something nothing is ever done. The list goes on and on and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who has complaints. Fire alarms are constantly going off throughout the day multiple times a day. If you can find another hotel to stay at find another one to stay at, unless it’s convenient for you to be at this one. The only stuff that’s ever helpful is the overnight guy. Hotel constantly stinks always trash in the hallway in the stairway. Just a ton of stuff. I do not recommend at all!!!"
