"Last room available on I-70. The desk clerk told us we could use the employee room(if I recall correctly) There was no TV but no problem. We just needed a break from driving. Thanks for accommodating us!"

"The evening started well. With the Lady who checked us in was friendly and efficient. We were sorely disappointed to see that there was no welcoming snack, soup, or coffee available in the lobby. The disappointment didn't stop there. The room (although mostly clean) did have loose hair in the tub, dust above the beds and T.v. and popcorn in the corner on the floor. The rear door to the establishment did not lock properly and the keycards and doors Don not work properly either. But the worst was yet to come. Laying on the corner of the playground was several pieces of sharp metal and broken fridges from the hotel. As well as a shack that appears to possibly be a homeless encampment. When we checked the Hot tub, it was around 80°F. After informing the lady who checked us in about it she promptly got it fixed and when we got into it it was approaching 102°. The Hot tub experience was shortly brought to an end when one of our party was injured by some staples that were in the hot tub itself. And a man who vaguely resembled Frank from "Shamless" who by all appearances, was fresh off an oil rig and unshowered, or possibly just awoke from a very hard night of drinking walked into the maintenance room In the pool area. The same man was seen the next day still wearing the same dirty and unkempt clothing going into the laundry room carrying the same green thermos. The young man doing night audit (Chris) appeared to be hustling and doing alot of actual work, while every other employee spent the morning loudly complaining about whatever the day befores employees had done wrong."

"Again with the tiny overly soft pillows!! So cheap. Toilet clogged twice; no room service, had to go down and grab plunger myself lol. Ticking sound in fridge, had to disconnect. Heater seemed to be preset. Random bursts of cold and random heat. Good breakfast tho I’ll give them that. Would not stay again, very uncomfortable bedding."

"When we arrived the hotel lobby smelled disgusting and it was very hot. We arrived late at night ready to go to bed but when we got to our room it was 77° with no air turned on! It took awhile for the room to cool down but it was fine after that. The rooms weren't the cleanest and the smell still lingered but overall not the worst. The breakfast was typical but the worst part was having to listen to what seemed like a new female employee talk to a male employee about being asked to move breakfast stuff around. The male employee spoke very loudly for far too long about the "bipolar tyrannical manager". Overall not a great experience...."
