"Stayed here on a business trip to Aspen and was more than happy with the amenities. The complimentary breakfast every morning was phenomenal. They switch it up a little each day so it doesn’t get boring. There’s many different options including vegetarian options. The rooms were updated and clean and the beds were so comfy. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind for our trip next year!"

"The rooms were clean, just a little beat up and outdated for the price. Otherwise, my stay was great. I had an issue with my mini fridge, and the front desk was more than kind and willing to be helpful. I didn't have breakfast or use any amenities like the wifi or pool, so I can't comment there. Loved the location. So close to many food options and an easy walk to Grand River Health."

"This Hampton used to be really nice, it has gone extremely downhill! The rooms are not cleaned properly! There is stains all over the furniture, I don’t think the walls or the furniture have ever been cleaned. The bathroom repairs are absolutely ridiculous! They didn’t take any time to fix it properly. When you pay the prices they are asking for I expect the room to be fully cleaned and up to the Hampton standards! The person that was working while we were there was very rude, I asked to speak with the manager and she informed me they had no managers at all! I told her if there isn’t they need to take the sign that says manager on duty. The location is the only thing I don’t have complaints about! It is convenient it is close to stores, the hospital, the interstate, and a few restaurants! Unfortunately I don’t believe we will be staying here unless some major changes are made!"

"Family trip. In general I can recommend, everything well, but next time I’ll choose something else. There are no foreign odors, the rooms are clean but in an old style, small TV. Nice views from the window. The room seemed a little noisy and took a long time to heat up (but maybe only in our room)."

"Rooms and breakfast are fine. After reading countless reviews stating the tv remote was terrible I can say that is all nonsense. The remote works fine and is easy to navigate with a laminated channel guide right there. Overall safe and secure this is a 3.5star hotel all day providing clean up to date accommodations for travelers looking for a safe clean stay."
