"Danielle Smith is a lieing real estate agent. She is a person that make promisses and then when comes time to meet she lies about not having an appointment, knowing of the situation. She thinks that just because she have a real estate license ( which she did not provide when asked for) that she can get what she wants. She is a thief, that is for a seperate review. She made threats that were not valid, she is rude as hell, ( Kept interupting me while I was trying to speak.) Made false statements about calling me, and my wife, saying she e-mailed documents, and threatened to have me arrested. If you are in the Rifle Area and are looking for a real estate agent she is not the one go to or Trust."

You can return the property in the exact state recieved or better because you cleaned it although it was recieved filthy, zero money will be returned to you. They will also deduct money from your last months rent for re-keying the property, even though you turned in the one key they supplied. . . Just expect that no matter how good of a tenant you are you will not receive your starter money back 0% chance. Go in knowing that is gone."
