"These hosts go above and beyond in making this is good place to spend a night. The rooms were very clean, were recently remodeled and the breakfast was very complete. Just nice people who should be supported."

They are working in rebuilding the rooms, the room I got had a new mattress firm but comfortable The room walls were recently painted and the bathroom was very clean The room is simple but had everything you need, a refrigerator, a microwave and a TV The bathroom had all the amenities with lotion, conditioner and shampoo Our stay also included breakfast which was pretty complete and the hotel was in a very good location with a convenience store right across very well located in the city"

"I've stayed in a lot of hotels and motels across the country. For the price in the current economy in Colorado, this was a great place. It did have that old musky odor, but I expect that from an old motel. I was up early, 4:30am , so I didn't have any issues with water pressure. The bed was comfortable. There were a lot of food choices within walking distance. and a convenience store right across the street. I'd stay here again."

"a little rough around the edges. Recently renovated but some items were not updated. Walls are smooth and shiny, doors are dirty and dented. Sticky goo on many horizontal surfaces. All in all a good night's sleep."

"I wasn’t too sure about this place when we pulled in but that was partly because of reviews and people milling around but I was pleasantly surprised. The Colombian desk clerk was very sweet and check in was easy despite a slight language barrier. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. The water pressure was nothing to write home about but the water was hot and never ran out. The bed was comfortable and had nice pillows. Close to downtown for easy access to nice restaurants (see review there). Woke up to a lovely view. I recommend this if you are not a chain hotel person."
