"This review is specifically for floral. Tl;dr -- They cancelled my order days after it was supposed to be delivered and gave me contradictory and illogical reasons as to why. Placed an order through the website for floral delivery as a sympathy gift for a colleague in Glenwood Springs who lost her husband. Even though this store is located in Rifle, it said on the website that they offer deliver to Glenwood Springs. I placed the order on a Friday, to be delivered the following Monday. Monday morning I get an email that the order is delayed and it has been automatically re-scheduled for the next day. That's fine, I figured they had run out of the plant I ordered and were waiting for the next day's shipment. Hours later that same day, I get a separate email saying that the florist is unavailable and asking if it's okay for the order to be fulfilled on the "next available date" (but didn't say when that was), and that my order is now on hold until I confirm with them. Weird because previously you said it was automatically rescheduled, but okay. I ask when the delivery date is and they now say Wednesday. I say that's okay and ask them to keep me posted. Wednesday and Thursday go by with no word so I assume the delivery has been completed as promised. Friday morning I get an email that the order has been cancelled because they don't actually have any florists in Glenwood Springs. REALLY???? You knew the address when I placed the order a week ago and just now figured out you can't actually deliver there even though your website said you could and accepted the order to that address??? Now it's many days past when the order should have been delivered and I have to find a different company to deliver and probably pay a huge premium for express shipping when you could have just not accepted the order in the first place. Normally I wouldn't be all that mad about it but this was supposed to be a comfort gift for someone who just lost her husband of 40+ years!!!"

"Rifle's City market has much better quality produce, meats and seafood compared to the local Walmart. Everything is fairly easy to locate and the staff is helpful and nice."

"Usually a long line at the pharmacy but they typically have a lot of what I'm looking for. Store is easily laid out and they have plenty of self check out stations which is nice. Never overly crowded unless it's a holiday but that's a given."

"New to the area and unfamiliar with the bag process here as well as a few additional questions on locations of products. Stephanie was very helpful and explained policy, as well as overall flow of the store. Customer service was her focus and I appreciate that. She was fast, helped bagging and got me through the line fast. I'll be back for sure. Thanks"

"I love rifle city market. The cashier's and stockers are always kind and courteous, the managers are quick to step in and help ring up customers and are always really great. They always have what I need and have even done special orders for me in the past. I really love this store."
