"Such an incredibly poor experience. I walk in for my appointment to be greeted by someone who clearly doesn’t want to be there, to be told she doesn’t have my appointment and cannot help me because she doesn’t have my paperwork. Showing her my confirmation with this location she tells me she doesn’t see me and can’t help me. There’s literally nobody in the lobby and a sign that says they accept walk ins. She tells me to call the place I made the appointment through but offers me no under or help in that. Tells me take a seat. Calls me back up to tell me to go to their south location because she doesn’t know how to print the labels for this test. Tells me she doesn’t know how to refund me for the test either. Such an incredible waste of gas and time to be met with incredibly rude customer service"

Jessica communicated with me and even had someone reach out to answer in detail questions I had. Even though this was hard and costly at no fault of the lab, I am grateful for her and helping me with this process. Definitely recommend."
