"Penrad Imaging is well organized and the check-in process consisted of a few forms, quickly followed by a change from street clothes to a cotton robe, and quickly into MRI with a team that ensured my comfort prior to and during the MRI, which was accomplished quicker than I anticipated. They checked in on me over a wireless connection several times, and truly cared about my comfort and well being. This was my second MRI at Penrad, and I had an excellent experience both times."
"I am very claustrophobic and had to be sedated for my MRI. I spoke to numerous nurses on the phone about the sedation and they explained everything really well. Jamie was my nurse on the day of the MRI, she was so kind and patient with me, as I was still very nervous. She made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. The sedation and MRI went exactly as described, I slept through most of it and was calm and relaxed during the moments I was awake."
"The tech was amazing! Super sweet, made me feel comfortable. I love the later hours but with the fasting lol not a good idea. But love that place super clean and neat and the receptionist was super cool and very informative on the procedure and process of a copay and things like that."
