"This visit for an MRI was our first to the William Hybl location. It was a comfortable, relaxing appointment. The facilities were clean and did not look or feel medical. The staff was efficient but still nice."

"Penrad was professional and got me in and out very quick. The only thing I could suggest is that the hold times can be a little long when calling in, however, the callback system is very convenient. Overall though really good experience."

"I had a great experience. The check-in lady was cordial the gal that did my MRI was exceptionally kind and so nice to me. She gave me an extra pillow and a blanket, and the experience was not nearly as bad as I thought it could be. It was my first MRI and it was, not bad at all. Thank you so much to the tech that did my MRI, you are amazing!"

"Easy to find right inside the sports medicine building with a sign. Front desk lady was very polite and kind. Walked me to the room and as soon as I had changed for my MRI, I was immediately met with the technician who was professional and made sure I was comfortable in the machine. Zero wait time. Fantastic. After it was over, I didn't have to wait for anything, and was told the images would be sent to my doctor shortly. Great job PENRAD."
