They seem to care about dogs and have the knowledge to do so, if you want an opinion on which food is right for your pets diet they are of great help."

"My 10 month old pup has only been groomed here. I liked that the groomers have years of experience. Today‘s groomer told me he was “very wiggly” - this is the result. This same groomer had done a bath/tidy on him before and only said he was “shy” when I asked how he behaved. They apologized and offered a 10% discount. They further reduced cost to $45 once I shared I did not feel comfortable paying. I am upset I paid at all. My boy was not safe here - we will not be returning."

"Teddy and I love having RoP here in OCC. He always tries to stop in for his treat, even if they are closed. The selection of food is higher end and fantastic quality, and not marked up to crazy boutique prices. They are about the same price as my country vet charges. If you are a regular, sign up for the rewards program! Grooming even counts towards dollars off. Many of the food brands I get there also have rewards too. The Staff aren't vets, but know the products well to recommend for minor & chronic ailments. They aren't pushy but will readily help if you have questions. A few months ago a private play area was added on, as well as a dog wash area my Westie needs to pay a visit to soon."
