"I wouldn’t be more impressed with this vet. My cat had an emergency Sunday night and we unfortunately had to make a visit. Everyone was so kind and informative. Dr Wood has excellent bedside manner and despite being so busy, took the time to sit down and answer all of our questions and thoroughly explain everything. Both Dr Wood and the day time doctor… I’m sorry, I didn’t catch her name… called and updated me at least once during the shift. When it was time for our family member to be discharged, the teaching and paperwork were clear and concise. My significant other and I work in healthcare and he commented that the care and discharge process was superior to that of human healthcare. Thank you for taking wonderful care of Otis. I hope to never have to make a visit again, but if I do, we will be at ease knowing our family member is in great care."

"I have used Animal ER Care many times for my two dogs over the years. They have always been professional, friendly and thorough. My wife and I felt much better most recently about going away after discussing my dog’s limping and having imaging done. All of the techs and doctor that helped were great to work with. "Excellent care. They got our cat in very quickly. They were compassionate and caring in every step of the process. The vet we saw during our visit was amazing. She answered all the questions we had. They kept us updated while our cat was in the ICU. We were able to call to check in at any time. The front desk staff was excellent in getting our paperwork completed. The triage team when we first got there took him back right away to check for any life threats and then got us into a room very quickly for a more in depth assessment. The caring attitudes of all the staff was above and beyond during our time of crisis. We appreciate this animal ER. We will recommend to all of our family and friends for their emergent animal care needs!"

"Highly recommend, even for a place you never want to find yourself or your fur babies. They saw our old boy right away because his gums were very pale and that was immediately concerning for them. An ultrasound was done within minutes and we had answers within minutes as well. Although it wasn’t news we wanted, our 14 year old guy was ready to go and they made all of us very comfortable when it was time for him to go to heaven. Everyone from the front line staff to the veterinarian was compassionate, kind, and warm."

"Worst night of our lives was softened beyond what words could express. When we arrived our 13yo baby was suffering due to an unexpected rapid decline in her condition. We knew that euthanasia was her only option and we didn't want her to continue the distress that she was so obviously in. The staff gave us their immediate care and attention and professionally conducted the procedure giving us all the space we needed to interact with our family member as she passed. I cannot express our gratitude sufficiently for the most compassionate and expedient care we have ever received at a time of great need, which ended up being 2:00 am in the morning, Thanks for being such an amazing part of the community.
