"1.5.years later, 2 faulty products, faulty connection by their team that is dangerous and now they refuse to install brand new 3rd unit! Just took away faulty second unit and left us with nothing!! Useless multiple teams and multiple replacement parts that never worked!! NOT HAPPY. Installers just blaming each other and nobody taking responsibility to fix this! PS. Sudden change of heart. Now says he can install new one safely! Really? Why give us unnecessary stress before?"

"The TV Specialist is an idiot. He only cares about money. If you look poor he won't talk to you. If you have any questions he doesn't know the answer just tells you to buy $64 -$80 more on things you don't need. I was able to return the items that I didn't need and that came with the TV I bought. The only thing he knows is what the sign or front of the box says. He knows nothing and doesn't have time to waste on you."

He helped me find new lights for my smart lighting in my home when my old lighting hub went out on me. He found me something within my price range that I was not only happier with but also worked better than what I had previously. He was a respectful and funny young man."

"Every time that I have shopped at this location it has been a pleasant experience. I went to this location in particular because I wanted the sapphire color of a Surface. I ended up going with graphite, but color didn't matter as I still thoroughly enjoy the computer. I don't remember the name of the associate that assisted me with my purchase, but he was incredibly kind and helped to make the transaction smooth and easy. Joey, another associate, was also incredibly friendly. I felt a little bad because I couldn't focus on what he was saying during my credit card application. Thanks guys for being so great!"
