"Have tried to pick up my script 3 times and waited over 40 minutes each time, the line never moved! Now trying to call to get it transferred to a different pharmacy, and they placed me on hold for 25 minutes and counting… still on hold as I’m writing this!"

"Don’t send your drug here. Dropped off in the morning and was told could be ready in two hours. Checked in after three hours and was told they were out of stock and had to wait one more hour but then got the first text message to ask me to confirm to opt in to receive status update. They definitely forgot to initiate this for me in the morning. And why didn’t you tell me if was out at first. I still haven’t got any notifications about my drug. Very overdue! Called them but then your calls would placed on hold directly after being picked up. After a while they would connect you and put you on hold again so quick that you were not able to tell the tone has been cut. But I heard it. This is so rude."

"Horrible customer service. I placed an order online it was supposed to be delivered in an hour. I received an email saying my order was delayed. Four hours later I attempted to call the store and got a recording saying the phone lines were down. So I started a chat with an unhelpful person who told me to call the store smh the chat said I was being connected to a team member, guess not. I've wasted 5 hours and still don't have the items I needed. Do better Walgreens. In general as a whole your company has been awful since COVID. It seems like you might need a new leadership team."

"Went into Walgreens to pick up a last minute prescription. The two people behind the counter were quite busy and constantly working. In the time I was there I didn’t observe them waste anytime. I witnessed an interaction with another customer which was handled as best as possible, despite this person throwing insults at the gentleman behind the counter. Kudos to Alex for being helpful. Hope you guys have better nights! Thanks for the help."

"The Walgreens pharmacy is awful. Don’t go there if you have something to do in a timely manner since it takes someone an hour to help one customer. They help the customer and walk away from the window as if there still aren’t 20 of us waiting to get prescriptions. You don’t even have a better chance of going inside and picking it up at the counter because they still don’t acknowledge you’re there. They said they’d rather have one person working both counter and drive thru than pay two people to be behind the pharmacy. It’d be better just to switch pharmacies than to go to this one. If I could give no stars I would. Get it together sweeties."
