"Been going here all my life & never had a bad experience. Pick up is always so convenient, the store is clean & organized, they have lots of great products to choose from and their deals/coupons can save me up to $30 per weekly visit."

"Grocery pick up at this specific location is terrible. I was doing pick up regularly until every single one of my orders was delayed. They would notify me 15 min prior to my pick up time and most of the time I was already on my way. One time I was notified when I had already checked in for the pick up. So I started going to Kings on Marksheffle - have had no problems. It’s more out of my way but worth it. I did a pick order decent with Stetson Bills - small order - low and behold it was delayed!!! I am understanding that things happen and you get behind but you’ve got to give your customers more than 15 min. With a specific time we are working around that time and it gets to be really inconvenient, especially on every order."

"We are just visiting in town and staying at relatives house. We needed a few things and were so glad to find this grocery store only one mile from their residence! Thanks for being so convenient. Also the young gentleman who checked us out was very friendly and talkative and pleasant. I see his name was Fransisco C per my receipt. Thanks for having a nice employee to represent the store!"

"King soopers is generally a good store, and this location is no different. Came in today to look for some dessert, and I noticed how all the isles were clean and organized. There were also a lot of great deals, which is part of the reason I like coming here. And all their produce is also fresh like they advertised. I did buy a bakery item they had, and it was delicious and very fresh. All their items were also well stocked, and there was variety in what to choose. Overall, it was a good experience at King soopers."

"There was a sign showing a buy one/get one sale on 3 pound packages of 80% ground beef-see accompanying picture. When I got to the checkout I did not get the second one free, so I went and took this picture. The checker agreed and said for me to go to Customer Service for a refund. But the manager or asst. manager said it only applied to the 3 pound round packages--not the regular 3 pound packages on the shelf just above the sign. I pointed out that it did not say only round loafs on the sign, as I was genuinely confused. He said it was in the section with the loaf packaging, but I pointed out several other sales signs in the meat department were not in the section of cuts that were advertised on the sign, but he still refused. This misleading/false advertising has happened to me at this KS twice now, Safeway is farther away but at least they are honest and customer-oriented. Choosing to save the store $15 when I spend over $500/month there for our family's groceries is poor management. Not looking for a fight but will not tolerate deceptive practices"
