"I feel.bad for the owner of this location. I was absolutely amazed. I took a product back after leaving it in my back seat for far too long. Well, upon doing so the cashier and the hunting people began to say awful things about me and continue on a rant about how stupid I was and how I shouldn't be allowed to own a weapon. I fitted it one time on my rifle. It was not the product I wanted. And I was utterly disgusted by the people who work at this location. I've been here before. Spent thousands. But I will not return after this situation. I'd rather drive to Canon City than deal with this "better than you" type of attitude."

"The experience was very troubling because the employees including the security guard were extremely rude. I understand that area is bad with bums and tweeters but you shouldn’t just judge someone. Spending a lot of money and walking out feeling humiliated was a waste of time."

"Went in the store looking for a snow shovel, the cashier was very pleasant, she told me where to look, I only found one option, it was heavy and not what I really wanted. Sammi saw me and was so helpful, she knew exactly what I wanted and came back with the perfect shovel, (don't know how I missed them). I recently lost my husband and had never even bought a shovel before. Thank you Big R Broadmoor for being so kind and helpful, everyone was smiling and friendly, sometimes people don't know how much their kindness is appreciated!"

"My experience started rough. I ordered online for Black Friday. Apparently they "over-sold" the product and the one I already paid for was non-existent. After numerous phone calls, I ended up speaking with Sammy. She was professional, kind and calm. Me- not so much. I just picked up my item today. The store was bright, clean and festive. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Turned out to be a good experience."

"I was surprised how well stocked everything in the store was. I was looking for a specific vaccine for my goats. It's obvious they don't come across livestock needs too often but were more than happy to help and get answers. I got everything I needed, my items even carried up to the counter for check out! I was extremely impressed with the customer service and think we will make a stop for more shopping soon since their clothing section was very versatile."
