"Always happy with the products I purchase from boot barn, but this location, every time I visit, the employees seem way more interested in gossiping with each other rather than helping the customers (and I’m typically the only person in there at the time). As someone who’s also in the customer service industry, it’s just disheartening."

"My husband needs work boots and we were encouraged to visit a location by his employer. The staff was wonderful! So, so helpful! Seriously would return for that reason. I only wish the selection was bigger. Perhaps this is a smaller store. Nonetheless, we had a good experience."

"Unprofessional dumpster. The open sign is lit up, and there are 2 staff members standing at the counter. I tried to open the door, and they walked off while its 10 degrees ourside to make me figure out the store closed only a few minutes ago. Whats wrong with people. Can't turn off your sign or simply communicate your closed. You wated me walk to the wrong door and back thrn when i try to come in walk off. How rude."

"The staff at this store are so helpful and seemed to enjoy being at work which is a great feeling as a customer. My husband and I brought in a smashed straw cowboy hat that belonged to my late father in law to see if anything could be done to save it. Well Tyler spent time working with the hat and brought it back to life. My husband couldn’t be happier with the result and just the pure kindness of Tyler for taking time to help us save this precious hat. Mary Ann and Neena were also so incredible and a pleasure to chat with. Keep up the incredible work and thank you all again."
