"I've been going to this location for about 6 years. I'll typically use self check out but tonight I opted for the open and empty lane with a cashier who could use some improvements in her customer service skills! As I pushed my cart into the lane I notice that she's sprayed a little bit of the belt with a cleaner. I'm sure it's normal to clean the belt throughout the day. However, I believe that continuing to run the belt a full cycle to spray and then a full cycle to wipe it down while i stood there waiting unnecessarily demonstrated exceedingly poor customer service. I hope that CHASTITY on register 14 at 7:00 March 10th gets the training that she obviously needs to help her improve. Thank you"

"I love coming to this store whether I’m grocery shopping or having my groceries set for pick up. But this right here is just ridiculous- I ordered two sweet potatoes and not even four days later one is completely covered in mold. I reached out to customer service and all they did was refund me my $1.13 like how is this even okay? Do the shoppers not look at what they’re picking for customers? I guess this is what you get when you do a pick up order."

"I came early shopping for a family dinner and the three gentlemen in the front (including Mr Sir with expertise on fresh cheese) could not have been nicer and more helpful. I found everything I needed fast and made it to my meeting on time. The store was also very clean, organized and well stocked. I will be shopping at this location whenever possible."

"The employee Sydney was the most kind person ever. As someone struggling with cerebral palsy she helped me in the self, check out and help me carry my drinks over and pick some stuff up off of the really high shelves. She is truly one of a kind and deserves the biggest raise ever."

"It feels a bit strange to review a grocery store, but I want the team at this location to have credit for how awesome they are even if it's just in a small way. I have had so many positive customer service experiences here over the past 2 years, I couldn't list them all. I once had a store manager notice I was looking lost and then personally help me hunt down an obscure cheese. He even worked to help me find the best deal. Mostly it's just the friendliness. Last night, the woman helping at self checkout was so warm and friendly. We had a brief but pleasant exchange about kids and cereal that left me smiling. That happens a lot. Today I needed customer service, and they were more helpful than they had to be. I have shopped at various King Soopers for years, but this one stands out. These are good people."
