"First let me say I have given this goodwill thousands of dollars of items. The other day I was overcharged for a Christmas item. The in store manager accused me of switching tags which was extremely offensive, uncalled for and unprofessional! I would say this store increases the price to take advantage of the current season. This item I …returned after being accused… carried 2 price tags. I was clearly not going to pay the higher price. I will never drop off items or shop at this store again. With that being said there are maybe other goodwill stores that are honest… personally ….this one is not!! Please please take your donation items to either Salvation Army or the thrift store in castle rock. They do wonderful things with what they earn. When this store had jewelry the quality items were hidden behind the counter. Not sure of the plan for these items but that is what I witnessed."

"I been coming here for many years and for the first time I had a very unprofessional encounter with a lady with red lip stick and a horrible wig not sure if she's management. During my shopping I had to go to the restroom I approach the counter asking if I could go to the rest room the speaking to to the lady at the cash register the lady with red lips pointed to the other register saying go over there and get the key the cashier kindly handed to me after purchasing my items I drove around the building as I always do I noticed a dresser I wanted to purchase so I asked the guys standing outside who said it needed to be priced first and did we want to buy it I pulled my car over so that other guest could come out I got out to walk back to the desk waiting for a staff member the lady came out saying you need not to walk around her suggesting around the items I let her know I was waiting on pricing and returned to my car she went back in the store after talking to other people for a while I still waited in my car she comes back out to my car start saying I need you to move and not park there I let her know that we were waiting for the guy to come back out so I can let him know due to her behavior we weren't going to purchase the product and that we will be leaving she kept saying to move my car and move my car after I was already leaving she was yelling and waking up on the car as if she was ready to fight"

"First of all, I donate all of the time! I also shop all the time. Today I was accused of switching tags on an item!! I got in an argument with management and told her to take the whole thing back. Asked me if I will be back or if I will ever donate to this facility again! They are not only taking advantage of the Christmas season by jacking up prices, but many of their items were dirty and and clearly unchecked for stains and soiled items! Disgusting to say the least. I will not be back."
