"I’m not sure why this place gets such negative reviews as I’ve really only had positive experiences at this location. You have an employee by the name of Jake who is just exceptional. He goes above and beyond. I see it with every customer he interacts with… people like him who take the time to make you feel valued as a customer are few and far between, and so incredibly appreciated. Always a bright spot in my day when I pop into the store and he’s there. Keep up the great work, Jake!"

"I pulled in to get gas and was talking on my phone on 2/20/24 at about 4:20 p.m. The cashier gets on the intercom and says that i can't sell anything and that i have to leave. I look around and I'm the only one there and he says "i don't know why you're looking around, I'm in the store". He went on to tell me that i need to leave because they don't allowing anyone selling anything in the parking lot. I'M TRYING TO GET SOME GAS IN MY TRUCK! Needless to say, I've been fighting Denver traffic all day and this really angered me, so i cursed and waved bye and left. Due to this person, you have lost all of my business and many others, if this is the type of service people can expect. I will be sure to let people know that the service is extremely poor at 7692-7696 Barnes Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80922. "Employees obviously don't get paid enough. If they did, why are they so disrespectful to customers? They make rude assumptions about your business instead of providing any help, or at the very least, kindness. I forgot I was on Barnes. It felt like I was in a 7/11 of S Nevada Absolute garbage."
