"I rarely go to Barnes and Noble but made a special trip just to browse and impulse by fun things for an upcoming roadtrip with my family. I placed to color books in a reusable shopping bag and an incredibly rude staff member accused me of concealment. I offered to carry the books in my hands while I shopped but she said I would not be allowed to do that and she would need to hold them. It was a terrible experience. I will not be back."
