Sam's Club

"Stopped at the cafe around 6pm for a couple slices of pizza. Cashier took my money and after a 30 minute wait, was told there will be no pizza as the cafe is closing. when I asked for a refund, the boy working in the back was extremely rude and yelled "we are closed". If you are closed, why did you accept my money? Had to waste more time arguing with customer service. Honestly, trash service, trash employee selection, trash membership. I will be replacing this membership for a Costco one as your product selection stinks, my favorite brands keep disappearing off the shelves, store layout is lame, can't walk past my favorite isle without being molested by the phone booth crew, and your cafe service is lacking."

"It's very clear that the management doesn't give two bucks about their employers and their members I wouldn't recommend shopping or working for this store unless you want to get used till you're no longer needed"

"Well laid out and easy to find things. Well stocked with items I buy regularly. Good meat and seafood selections. Good vegetable selection. Scan and go in the app is outstanding."

"I like Sam's Club but they're emphasis on pickup customers is now taking 16 parking spaces by the front door and that is ridiculous. I am considering canceling my membership over this. The parking there is getting very inconvenient. Why would you take some of the best parking spots and give them to pick up customers by the door. Someone was not thinking at all."

"Sam's always seems to be an 'easy' experience. Hardly ever a wait getting in, checking out with self check, or exiting the store (sometimes there's a slight backup here due to receipts being checked). Great 'instant savings' currently on Tide laundry pods and Cascade dishwasher pods. Kids snacks are usually a pretty good deal too. The store is clean and the staff is generally friendly."
