Big Lots

"Lovely place to go if you love being harassed and followed around the store by the manager. She asked 4 times if I needed help in the first 10 minutes I was in the store and always popped up at the end of whatever aisle I was in to restock something (and suddenly had urgent business at another cash register when I was checking out) but was totally unhelpful when I asked her a question. When I first entered I let her know someone left their dome light on in the parking lot but rather than making an announcement she just said she didn't know who's car it was. She had no problem using the loudspeaker TWICE to ask "security" to scan the cameras on such-and-such aisle. Big Lots has great deals on some things, but this store is poorly stocked and had weird items on clearance including lots of seasonal Autumn stuff in February."

"We just had the worst experience At this big lots on Hampton Avenue. We went to buy this beautiful faux fireplace That was $999. We asked for assistance twice, waited over 30 minutes. Nobody came to help us or acknowledge us, so we left. We will never be in that store again! Also, it was not busy at all. There were like 3 people in the store. The cashier said the manager was training a new hire and could not assist us.. That is not great customer service at all.!! Big lots. You just lost a $1000 Dollars"

"They were friendly and helpful. They usually have their own brand basics on hand. The other products are always changing. My very close by store closed, so now I drive farther and feel like I still save enough money to be worth the drive."

"Big Lots is a cool spot for just about everything and has a wide open space filled with Beds, some furniture sets and recliners. The right side is for seasonal items. The back has all your food, drinks, and snacks. The rest of the store has all sorts of things and the service is good and the people who work there are awesome they're Always in a good mood too."

"I hadn’t been here in a few months. I noticed they updated the exterior of the store, with a nice eye catching sign. When I went in, the whole store was remodeled. It looks as if it has been newly renovated with up to date flooring (clean), the layout is very spacious and spread out, not all stacked together. The furniture is now up front when you walk in. This is great, because now they showcase much of their best merchandise. In fact, everything looks so good, comparable to other stores. A few of the associates are nice and helpful. Looks like I’ll enjoy shopping here again. Good job!"
