"Hi, Store#18355 I donate, round up and purchase electronics and other items all the time at this location for many years never had to return electronic merchandise that I can remember I purchased a dvd, when i got home I checked to see if I have already bought the movie before which I did Came back to the store within an hour. With my receipt to return for store credit The manager told me per store policy I was stuck with the movie and if the other 5 dvds i purchased was defective "Too bad so sad" pretty much. I would have purchased more. Unfortunately , Goodwill do have a lot of missing disc. Solution: relocate all media disc items to front of store. Lost A customer over $2.99 Other thrift stores take care of their customers. I will be donating and shopping At the other thrift stores. Goodwill needs to merge with the other thrift stores. "I dropped off a donation. I like the way youare able to drive up to the donation side and someone comes out to assist you. The young man came out and got the end table out of the back of the truck and I didn't even have to get out. He then brought me a donation form to claim on my taxes. Great place to donate and very customer friendly at the donation site."

"Fairly good selection when comparing it to other area Goodwill’s although I did find a lot of broken merchandise on the shelves which should probably be sent over to the Goodwill outlet instead of put on the regular Goodwill shelves seeming how there’s a Goodwill outlet like five minutes down the road. Overall very friendly staff also, this location is better organized than most in the area."

"Went Sunday 8/20. I primarily look at the objects, not much for clothing and accessories. A great majority of the objects I picked up were $8.99. Only one was a 50% off color. I put half my cart back because of pricing. It just doesn’t make sense and is so arbitrary. Then their ‘boutique’ room… supposedly where the nicer clothing items are, but you can find better stuff out on the main floor. Goodwill pricing just seems higher lately."

"Nice store with a lot of nice items, you never know with Goodwill, sometimes the stores are very run down and the items for sale are just junk. It's not the case at this particular store. everything has been grouped and divided nicely, the prices are reasonable and like I said the product that is for sale is in good condition."
