Dollar Tree

"I enjoy the product the store has, and it's closeness to my residence. I have, however, been there 2 times now where the associates are openly using the F word while talking to other associates. Today's youth may think this is an appropriate word to use openly, but it's been a major turn-off for me!!!!"

"Asm not helpful at all. I went to pick up an order that was shipped to this store. 1st the cashier had no clue about this option even when I showed email. Then asm came and looked and basicly told me I have to come back because there are boxes everywhere in the back and their freight person is not here right now. I waited over 20 days for this shipment when it was only to be 10 days. Then I asked is this the location just be be sure and she said no. It is the location! Not my issue that your back room is full. Poor customer service I know it's a dollar store but at least try to offer decent customer service."

"Well, this particular location is really good ,clean ,neat, and orderly. However, the variety is limited because of the stores size. There are bigger dollar trees out there, but this one is still more convenient for me."

"Made an online purchase and had it delivered to the store. Jessica has been great trying to help me locate my order but the other Managers Mike and Ruby they need to go back to Customer Service training school. Kudos to Crystal she has awesome customer service very nice and polite. Keep it up!"
