"The pharmacy staff is the worst! They are rude and very unprofessional. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years, but lately, with the new staff, things are certainly out of control!! They seem like they have not been trained and always look like They are lost! It takes hours to be ready! I have seen them lately giving everyone a hard time, like myself getting our medicine, always excuses and always backed up. They say!! maybe if they stop talking so much and get to work they can have the medicine on time. People are sick. They can’t wait hours to get the medics needed! It’s playing with people health at this point!"

"They used to be so much better, but now every day is getting worse. Yesterday I went to pick up a two part prescription and only one was ready, the lady at the drive thru asked to wait 20 minutes. I came back until today and guess what? It was still not ready. Now I was told to come back after two since they didn't have it and were being sent over here. When I complained, The pharmacist said they were two days behind and didn't even pay attention to what I was saying. I know they couldn't possibly dispense the prescription since they didn't have it, my complaint was about the fact they didn't even call to let me know so I wouldn't make the trip in vain. And instead of apologizing for not doing their job, he got all defensive. I wish we had a better option for a pharmacy in our neighborhood"

"This is the worst Walgreens. How do they stay open. They are slow and absolutely don't care. A prescription was sent over a 9am and I was told it would be ready more than 24 hours later, for a simple seven day script. This isn't the first time they've fumbled. Poor service."

"This pharmacy is a mess. Every time I need a prescription refilled, SOMETHING is messed up. I have a PRN medication that isn’t filled on a regular basis, and they always say the request was denied by my doctor, even though when I ask my doctor about it, she said she never received a request. I have now been trying to get one of my prescriptions filled for 8 days with no luck- online, phone… I haven’t had time to go in and speak with someone (and frankly, a phone call should do it). Tonight I called at 7:45, 15 minutes before they closed. I was put on hold the entire time and they hung up on my promptly at 8 pm. I call back and to no surprise…. “Sorry, the pharmacy is closed.” Avoid this pharmacy at all costs if you can."

"This is the absolute worst Walgreens I’ve ever visited in my entire life. They clearly are having trouble recruiting employees. Can you ask your employees to at least pull their effing pants up when they are at work? What ghetto is this? Stay off the cell phones and pretend you give a care? Time after time after time. Is there a manager to MANAGE the high school staff?"
