"If you are looking for experienced equipment , this is the place to go. I was looking for a specific driver ( golf club ) to purchase and they had the exact club I was looking to buy. I got lucky to find it anywhere at all. Also a thirty day return policy made my purchase even better. I won't be taking this back though. Good luck everybody."
"Location kinda off the place compare to the one up North. It’s basically off S. Academy. Hence, traffic. Employees seems to be responsive when asked questions but lack of assistance. I bought large items and not a single one offer any help. The female employee seems to be not happy with her job. The place is great to buy inexpensive sports items if you don’t want to pay the full price. It was half off for me compared to name brand sporting good atores. This store has 2 levels and no elevator or escalator. Hence, no wheelchair access. If you’re not looking for great customer service and looking for cheap sport items, this is the place to get it."

"Nice people and well stocked store. Their new location here is a much better set up with more room to display their goods. They have a good mix of new stuff at semi reasonable prices and used stuff at good discounts. I’ve gotten some hockey stuff and now ski stuff and would definitely recommend it. Definitely a quality place to get second hand stuff for kids just starting sports"
"All I did was call the store inquiring about a specific product. They took the time to check their stock and let me know they did not have it. They were very pleasant and took the time to look into my request, which they didn't have to do. I never entered the store but should I ever end up in Colorado Springs again, I would make the effort to go into the store just to meet the employees. That's called quality customer service."
