Jake, with the clear frame glasses (just in case there is more than one), was not only welcoming but knowledgeable and very friendly. he helped me pick the best fit jeans for me and made my dysphoria go away just by saying sir. The other staff member was friendly as well however I did not get her name. But thank you to them both for helping me feel like a cis male, which is nearly impossible to do!"
