"So here's the story - just moved here from AZ in March 2022, looking for a 'tune-up' on my road bike. Went to a place near me in Parker, CO and they told me I had a crack in my head tube, so they wouldn't be able to perform any work on my bike. Bummer, but I understood their predicament. They referred me to the Bikery in Littleton, as they may be able to help as the Scott reps in the area. So, I made the trek to the Bikery. I connected with Justin, explained the issue, and 'hoped' for a reasonable resolution. Justin listened, didn't over promise, and said he'd do what he could with his area rep. I'll say 'long story short', but I think I'm too late. From start to finish, Justin and his entire staff were instrumental in getting me back on the road. They were able to work with me on a partial frame warranty, swapped and even upgraded components not compatible with the new frame. Did it take some time to work through the process - yes. Did the Bikery stay in contact with me throughout the process - yes. Full disclosure, I'm not the easiest to please, but Justin and his team exceeded my expectations! End result - am I happy with the outcome...absolutely! Wonderful staff, more than fair pricing, and they care about their customers. Before I left, I even got a lecture about wearing my helmet! The Bikery is 25 mins from my house, I pass many bike shops along the way, but this is the only place I'll go, period! I may be babbling, but man, they're the best! One last thing - they are nestled next to Breckenridge Brewery, and even may offer you a draft beer during your visit. Give them a try, you won't be sorry!"
