"My 9 year old purchased his first longboard here today and the employees were absolutely wonderful with him. They were so patient and took as much time as needed to answer all of his questions, provide education and take down boards for him to look at without rushing him. My younger daughter also had MANY questions which they very kindly answered all of them. The employees are not pushy and seem to truly care about their customers. We are so impressed as this high level of customer service is rare. Highly recommend— we will be back!"

"Excellent customer service! I called looking for a product last weekend but they were out of stock. Melissa said they didn’t have it but she took my info, called another store to have them hold it for me and then called me back with info on where to get it. Sadly it hard to get good customer service lately so this was a pleasant surprise. Thanks Melissa!"

"I was coming to pick up a jacket that was coming from Park Meadows BC. I asked an associate about the jacket, in no rush and respectfully, when another associate (I didn’t catch her name, she has jet black long hair) very rudely tells me she’s been working on it and to wait. We waited patiently and when she is able to talk, she very quickly and super rude, informs me they brought the wrong jacket. This girl needs to learn how to communicate to customers better when she is under stress. She was insanely rude with how she talked and presented herself. I wouldn’t want her working for me."

"Been going here for a while to get skate stuff for the kids and the wife and I decided we wanted boards as well. EVERYONE we have ever dealt with has been extremely kind and helpful. However, on this occasion a gentleman by the name of Jet helped us pick out our new boards and spent probably close to an hour making sure we had everything we needed to include some beginning pointers to get us started. 10 out of 10, reccommend this store!"
