"Bought a bike from them back in March 2023, ask for any history of the bike where it came from just to get an idea. Did a quick visual inspection, everything seemed fine. After purchase , I received help from an associate and he told me the bike came from an auction a week prior to me buying it. That’s when I got a little skeptical. Ever since then, this bike has given me problem after problem even after doing proper maintenance and services/fluid changes. Not only that, they hooked me up with a service contract thru another company that never called me back after filing two claims. I feel swindled out of my money.
