"Facts as of 10/27/ 2022 1. We ordered new replacement cabinetry through the Monument office in April 2022. Designer did a good job putting together our design. 2. Partial installation occurred on Oct 29/30, 2022. Installation tech did a great job installing cabinets against the wall. Installer was missing skins, crown molding, kick plates. Under- cabinet light rails not installed, filler trim between end wall and cabinet not installed. Utensil insert was wrong size, correct insert being ordered. 3. After waiting since April for cabinetry, Brooks Brothers did not order all the components to install and finish our new kitchen cabinetry ... result: had to put a hold on tiling, electrical hookup of cooktop. Brooks Brothers just told me that we can have our built-in wall oven and microwave hooked by the electricians. Despite our best attempt to minimize kitchen downtime, failure of Brooks Brothers has now increased our "no kitchen time" by an additional 4 weeks. 3. Customer, so far, has had to reach out for information updates in all cases. 4. Latest estimate from company for cabinet completion is first week in November (it was supposed to be last week in Oct until today) 5. Very disappointed with the Brooks Brothers Cabinetry experience up to this point. For a home customer who shopped around for cabinetry companies, it would be hard for this customer to recommend this company at this point in time. 6. I will continue to update this review until the cabinet installation is completed. Update: 7 months later. Still waiting on cabinet doors. They never call to update you. If I don’t call them, they never reach out. Would never use this company again. Update from 2 weeks ago. They finally came and finished. It took 8 months, painful."

"I purchased a full set of kitchen cabinets from Brooks Brothers Cabinetry. The cabinets are beautiful and we’re delivered on time. There were two glass front cabinets that were delayed but BBC delivered them separately and installed them at no cost because of the delay. That was much appreciated because the cabinet installers were on to their next job and not able to help. I would give them five stars but I had a slight design disagreement. The staff were helpful in resolving the issue to my satisfaction which I much appreciated."

"Jody was awesome to work with. She is quite knowledgable with design and had great suggestions. Unfortunately we ordered our custom cabinets from Brooks Brothers and had our contractor install them instead of Brooks Brothers. Should have gone with Brooks Brothers installation. The nice thing about them is they were willing to come out and fix what the contractor messed up even though they didn't have to. It just took them awhile. But we would definitely use them again. We have a beautiful kitchen now."
