"Here I am, making ANOTHER bad review. I would stay far away from using this Lowes for any big projects. This is the 2nd time, 2nd department that we had significant issues with. We wanted to remain loyal and gave them a second chance but have been extremely disappointed. I was sure they would have fixed the issues after my last review on the first department went to their Corporate Office and they were forced to compensate us, but I was wrong. I am set to spend $20,000 on a kitchen remodel. We bought the cabinets and had the kitchen designed by Kay in the kitchen department. When she was designing the kitchen, she told us she was the point of contact throughout the whole process. That couldn't have been more wrong. The cabinets were made and delivered and when we received the cabinets, we were missing the back panel of the cabinets that are exposed. I called Kay, and she told me there was nothing she could do about it and told me I had to call the cabinet factory myself, which I did. Once the cabinets were installed, without the back panel, which we are still waiting for, the installer told me that we need a smaller handle for one of the cabinet drawers and we need longer screws. We went to Lowes immediately to tell Kay, but she wasn't there, so we left a message with another employee. It has been 12 days since the cabinets have been delivered without the back panel, and still have not received a telephone call from Kay or Lowes. In the meantime, we had the countertop measurement completed, which is also being done by Lowes. The countertop guy told me that Lowes has to accept his measurements then will send to me so I can pay and then they can order the materials. Well, the measurements still have not been approved by Lowes, so I can't get my materials ordered, so now we will be without a kitchen for longer than necessary. Our cabinet installer also stated he would put in a temporary sink so at least we can have water, but that has to also be approved by Lowes, which has not been done. We again went into Lowes on 3/20/2024 to see Kay and find out what is going on, but we were told by another employee that then have pulled her off the floor as they are going to digital designs and she is being trained, therefore is not available, and we have no idea when she will be available for us. What kind of practice is it for a company to pull someone off a project and change a system before jobs are completed and fails to let clients know who are on a time schedule and now have to move into a house with incomplete cabinets no countertops and no sink to use. I don't what they could do to keep me as a future customer. It appears that as soon as they have your money, you are no longer valuable to them. We still need to have a backsplash completed, floors done, and to remodel 2 bathrooms, but will not be using Lowes. We may now have to go to Home Depot for the rest of the remodeling projects."

"I usually go to Ace Hardware for any items they carry, because they are close by, they’re locally owned, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Today I went to Lowe’s to look at mini-fridges and was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff; especially Jim. This store seems to be better staffed than other Lowes stores I’ve been to."

"I like to go here and see if there are plants that I can save. Typically the answer is yes and I get a clearance plant that turns into a beautiful addition to my houseplant collection. I saved this plant for 8$ and now it has 12 babies growing! What a steal! Also they have good deals on cleaning products. Their downy scent beads are the same price as at sams and about 6$ less than King Soopers."

"Always an enjoyale shopping experience at my local Lowes on N. Nevada Avenue. Primarily, the best team members are in the Returns/Pickup location near the front exit doors. In fact, the staff member who helped me today, and has handled both my pickup orders and my returns in the past, Alyssa, walks on water and eats fire in my Big Book about Excellent Customer Service. Alyssa is always friendly, professional, and knows her job very well; and that makes for even better service. 5 Thumbs Up to Lowe's and to Alyssa."

"Edit: Updated from 1 star due to local store team(Nathan and Juan) taking care of my issues. Props to those guys. They provided the display model shelf to fix the issue and provided a discount on the fridge for the troubles. I don't know that I would trust Lowes delivery ever again but the local store possess customer service not found from the call center. DON'T USE LOWES DELIVERY!!! Outsource deliveries to 3rd party and Lowes takes NO OWNERSHIP of issues. Damaged walls, trim, broke parts on fridge. Promised replacement part but didn't deliver. Told me to order a $250 replacement shelf from manufacturer. I work in customer service and this company has none when an issue happens. Don't bother calling customer service. They won't help."
