"Unprofessional Customer Service Experience at Lululemon Pop-Up - Belmar Lakewood, CO I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received today, March 22nd, 2024, at approximately 2:00 pm, at your pop-up store located in Belmar, Lakewood, CO. As a loyal Lululemon customer since 2009 (originally from Seattle), I was very disappointed by the way I was treated by an associate. I brought in a pair of defective pants that were falling apart. Unfortunately, the associate's response was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional. Here's a breakdown of the situation: The associate questioned my laundry practices twice, implying I was unaware of proper garment care. She spoke loudly in the store, essentially schooling me in front of other customers, about a supposed "exception" to a company policy. She inquired about how often and where I wear my Lululemon pants, which struck me as an irrelevant and frankly bizarre question. There's no mention of a "wear count" policy on your clothing labels! When I mentioned another pair of Lululemon pants I've worn for a long time for workouts, she further questioned the suitability of those pants for exercise. It seemed my lack of Lululemon attire at the time (I was coming from court in a suit) influenced her initial judgment. My customer loyalty was only acknowledged when she finally accessed my account information. This associate's behavior was not only highly disrespectful but also potentially violated federal and state consumer protection laws. Being profiled based on what I wore is unacceptable. Her actions also contradict Lululemon's philosophy of fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment. Frankly, I am so upset by this experience that I am considering returning all my Lululemon clothing. I will not support a company that condones such treatment of its customers, especially long-standing ones like myself."
"Unfortunately I have had two bad experiences at this pop up location. I went in to drop off pants to be hemmed (which I bought in Boulder) and it’s taken almost a month to get them and several calls. I received an email immediately. It’s been 29 days and during that time I have called to find out where my pants were. They said they weren’t done. I called today and they said they were there but they failed to check them in. There was no communication at from them since I dropped them off. While I was dropping off my pants to be hemmed, I purchased over $500 worth of clothes. When I got home they had left on a tag in the pants. When I went back to get the was off, I walked in with the pants and immediately explained while I was there .They made me prove I purchased the pants there. It made me feel like I had to prove I didn’t steal them because they were clearly LuluLemon pants. Not sure I will shop there again when it’s so easy to buy online ."
"Refused even exchange for unworn parts for different size, Same style. I heard they had great Customer service. This ain’t it."
"High pressure retail hags at their worst. I came in to get a final sale hat and was in a hurry. Of course I am a member, I just didnt feel like giving the cashier my info. She then goes on to berate me loudly that I wont be able to return it. Duh, I know the policy. Get your marketing information however you are forced to, but tone it down, seriously. Lulu staff used to be top notch. The chick who helped me was McDonalds drive through caliber at her best."
"A nice branch, paid parking nearby."
