"Beware this place is shady! They take in your consignment items then the employees give it a misleading description in your account and basically steal it from you. They hold all of the cards and you have no way of tracking what happened to your items. Around Christmas of 2021 I brought in a Department 57 collectible Ice Palace. It was in really great shape complete with box and all of the original packaging. A few days later I stopped in to check on the item and found that it was behind the register on the floor, not on display. The employee informed me that they were holding it for a customer until it went down to half price! I informed the employee that in that case I intended to take the item back. Despite the fact that I was taking the item back due to their shady practices it is their policy to charge the customer $5 to take their own item(s) back despite the fact that my item was sitting right there in front of us. Fast forward 2 years later around Christmas 2023 I brought the same Department 57 Ice Palace back along with some nice jewelry and clothing. I took a picture of everything that I consigned. The person who checked my items in was blonde, thin and she was wearing a house arrest ankle bracelet which gave me pause but as consignment goes they are really the only game in town for the type of things that I had to sell. I mentioned to this gal my experience two years ago with the Ice Palace being placed behind the counter until it went half price to which she replied "well, I'm the Manager and that's not going to happen again." She accepted almost all of my items. I went back a few days later to check on the more valuable items. The Ice Palace was nowhere to be found and mind you this was around Christmas so it should have been out on the sales floor. The jewelry was missing too. The employee behind the counter was really rude to me. She looked up my account and on each line it said that I had brought in "BOWS" and that all of my items had be "DONATED" as they had been deemed not good enough to sell. I told the sales person that I did not bring in anything like bows and asked if she was looking at the right account. She snapped at me "well this is your name isn't it" as if to imply that there could be no mistakes made on their end. That is when she informed me that just because they accept an item (leading the customer to believe that it will be placed on the sales floor) that they can at any time decide that an item is not salable and "DONATE" it. I take that to mean STEAL it. I am done with this sleazy place!"

"This place is a joke!!! Do not come here!! My child was abused by them and the judicial system failed to bring us any form of justice. Although solid evidence was presented, (including nanny cam video) influence ,power and money make people like these invincible. Please help me and my son hold the people who violated him accountable. You can do this by giving one star and never supporting them."

"I don’t understand how the lady running this store hasn’t been fired. Not only is she extremely rude. I witnessed her screaming at an employee for no reason. I’ll never be back. Hopefully they fire her for the sake of the company and employees wellbeing."

"Store was full, but what I noticed after not being there for a while is the pricing being much higher. A few higher end items that warranted the higher pricing but many items did not. Looking for a bargain will be much harder and may impact my shopping here. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This place has AMAZING deals and they carry everything. I consign here, although I haven’t consigned anywhere else so don’t have much to say other than it seems like my stuff sells and I get a fair price for it. That said, I’m grateful for checking this place out to consign simply for the opportunity to discover everything they sell at A++++ prices. I’ve been annoyed with myself the past few years every time I stop at Goodwill to find that one oddity because it’s a total rip off. Not here."
