"Take a seat. I was in your Colorado mills store. I purchased a bed. It was snowing and the salesman bill said no worries we can deliver. I said yeah but how long. He looked and said Monday but if it snowing they won’t come. Well it’s a beautiful. Day. I had heard no word from anyone after waiting til 11 am so I called the store. It was bill who sold me the bed and told me Monday was the delivery. He looked and said the18th was the delivery. I make 3k a day and already sat 3 hours waiting on something to happen. Then when I got pissed he hung up on me. I called back he didn’t answer. I called back he answered and hung up on me again. I then left a message saying I was driving 75 miles to the store and he wasn’t gonna like it. Then I called back and he finally answered I told him I was driving down there and he asked me if I was threatening him. I said I’m threatening to drive there and get my money. He hung on me again and processed a refund. Now it says a week to hit my account and I have no bed or money. Reddit will be my next review."

"Great experience with Bill at the Mattress Firm. Setting up a profile based on your sleeping style and then targeting the options to fit that is actually enjoyable. Love trying all the beds and talking it out as we go. Bill gave us a lot of insights we wouldn't have figured out on our own, and helped us make the right choice (even giving us an awesome deal to decide between two options!). Excited to try it out for good! Even if it doesn't work out, the replacement policy is solid here. Would definitely recommend."
