"This place is hit or miss, and they are more miss that hit. I've lived in the area for five years and have been coming here for my hair cuts, but I think it's about time to go somewhere else. On today's visit the stylist couldn't be bothered to look at my booking request of a shampoo and cut. I had to ask what happened shampoo after my cut was finished. While I received the shampoo the stylist never dried my hair and sent me into the cold with it dripping down my shirt. This will be my last visit."
