"Nothing but Latinos or Mexicans they don't really care about customer's or customer service. They will have you waiting on a cup of water. Not fast paced or organized. I ordered I egg McMuffin and the egg was not don't it's been plenty of times where my food was cold in general not a good McDonald's"

"They served all their Hispanic customers but had me & other non Hispanics waiting 10+ minutes as they laughed and talked in the kitchen. Had me waiting for 10+ minutes, wouldn’t recommend as they apparently don’t respect anyone outside of their race unfortunately. Also they do not use gloves here, watched a man prepare nuggets as I was waiting."

"It was fine ... This location seems to focus on their services to drive-thru people better .. no free refills and no soda machine, no extra napkins out , lobby was messy .."

"They are supposed to give 2 free ranches but make me pay for them. Every time. The workers have sides & if you want the medium fry I suggest you offer a large cause EVERY TIME I get them there’s only half the fries in there."

"The food is the most fresh I've ever had at a McDonald's. This is not a fluke as it is always fresh at least the four times I've been there it has been. Speed, is also very above average and appreciated. The only part where this McDonald's fails (IMO) is of course in the customer service area. It blew my mind when I heard politely "I'm so sorry but I'm one sandwich or burger short" and so you know what I heard in return!? "I double checked them and they were all there". Wait, seriously? No way I just heard that..... did they just argue, wait, no, not only argue but call the customer a liar!? This is why I'm a top notch customer service player and you are a failure because it doesn't get much worse.... fail!"
