"Saigon Bistro is conveniently located next to the GW Asian market. They have a wide variety of vietnamese food, more options compared some of the other local vietnamese restaurants. Their food is tasty, served by some friendly staffs. We enjoyed our lunch there"

"Nice place to eat. Food is good. Lots of parking. I got the coconut curry chicken soup with steamed rice and egg rolls. Delicious. Ample parking. They have gluten-free options."

"This was my first time at this restaurant. It was good. I came as a deliverer to pick up food... There was a moment of miscommunication of the order. However, the staff stepped up and made it right to me and the customer. The staff here had great communication skills and we figured out a game plan. Once the food was remade, I was able to deliver the food. Then I came back to order food for myself and I can honestly say the quality of this food was great it looked great and smelled great... and most of all tasted great. I don't remember the name of the dish but I will post a picture. Lastly, if you pickup deliveries here and cancel the order knowing you cannot make the delivery in the first place--stop it. That's not fair to the business, that's not fair to the customers, and not fair third party delivery platforms. Thank you have a great life."

"My wife and I love this restaurant. The service is great, and they have a wide variety of food. The restaurant is very clean and spacious, something we weren’t really expecting. We’ve been here three times, and every time we’ve ordered (and enjoyed!) the clams. They’re simply a must try. Truly a hidden gem of a restaurant! 2022 UPDATE - We’ve tried an abundance of Vietnamese restaurants in the Denver metropolitan area and this is hands down the best. The food quality is amazing, and certainly worth the price premium over other restaurants in the region."

"3/3/22-This place may be on the pricer side, but this is the first time in a long time where I ate somewhere new and the quality of the food actually matches the price. I had the combo, 36a, and the best part was both the egg rolls and the shrimp. I also tried some of my mom's tofu and it was even good. I was also expecting them to be slow during the lunch rush, but I was surprised at how quickly I got our food. I know I'll be going back to this place to try other things on their menu."
