"What a fabulous experience the food is just perfect. I ordered the wrong Burger and they changed it without hesitation and without asking for further cost, and also added a side of fries. Exceptional service by a lady called Mia .... I will be back .. the whole team made me welcome ....thanks freddys the UK LOVES YA ❤️"
"This has got to be the worst operated fast food in Falcon from a service perspective. I have been 4 times because I love Freddys and the service is horrible every time. The drive through line takes forever for anyone to even take your order. You are greeted immediately and then asked to wait. I waited 3 times for over 10 minutes at the speaker. My order has also been wrong 4/4 times and have to wait inside even longer to get it fixed. To add to the long wait times and inconsistent orders, two times workers have been hanging outside and cussing loudly in their discussion while I sit feet away with my windows down and kids in the car. I kept coming back as a lot of the workers seemed young and new to food service but I will not be back or recommend this location to anyone."
"I have been to a couple different Freddy’s, for some reason I really like this one. The service has always been great and the food has also been good as well. Let’s face it we’re talking about a burger here, not a steak, so expectations are not set really high, but what they do, they do really well! I would highly suggest you try this place if you have not already, do not forget to have something with a shake and go beyond your usual strawberry, chocolate or vanilla because they have a lot of great flavors!"
"11/26/21-Mediocre to say the least. Hamburger and fries were still decent, but the cleanliness is lacking as usual. Dirty tables, trash cans are disgusting and overflowing, and all while the management team sits around doing nothing. Notice the dirty table table right next to them. Prior visit-They have a great burger and the fries are delicious. The star of the show is the fry sauce! The only complaint I have about this location is that it is typically dirty overall. The tables and condiment/drink counter are hardly ever wiped down, and the trash cans are usually full."
