"Ordered food to go. Took forever while waiting to order food. Had to go to bar to order because hostess disappeared on us. Then waited over 30 minutes and we go back to bar to have them check on our order because hostess disappears again!! Absolutely ridiculous at how many times we were passed up by employees like we were not even standing there. We waited an hour, our order was wrong. After waiting for them to fix everything And we finally got home with our food, all of it was cold. We will not return to this location again."

"I genuinely believe that corporate needs to help here. Obviously I don’t know details but I can see that the wait staff are trying and the food is good. I think it’s possibly the owner isn’t paying enough to get enough staff in to help with the cooking and waiting but obviously I’m just a patron and I don’t know everything, it’s just an observation. What I did notice is that corporate is responding to reviews and while we were there 2 tables left before being served. We waited 45 minutes to get our appetizer and side salad. The food was good and our waitress was nice. If something doesn’t change I don’t see this location lasting long."

"To go order placed on their own site. Waited over 50 min after time of pickup was quoted and had to go back to kitchen area to get someone's attention because the host was busy NOT at the host stand. Terrible experience. Asked to talk to a manager and was told he was too busy. They had no escalation contact and when eventually I did get the food after standing by the kitchen to wait it was terrible quality (more so than the usual). Burger was charred and toppings were not cooked with the pizza. 0 stars."

"Super disappointed in the pizza we ordered for dinner tonight. Ordered party pack for 4, Pizza: double decorroni, Wings: tall, buffalo and it comes with a cookie. The pizza, comperable to something you would get at a ready made pizza place. It is unfortunate undercooked, unless that is what ale crust is. The cookie either undercooked or so oily that it appears so. The wings, saving grace, good."

"I am giving two stars just because of the server. Which I wanted to do one. I wanted to do 5 for her but I cannot give that. I hardly ever leave reviews cause I work in the service industry.. But when I comment on things they are bad. The waitress was friendly and as much as she could be, attentive. However we were waiting to be seated and by the time the the hostess finally came up she glared at us and asked " so table for two? And we said" yep that'd be great! " and she got louder while reaching for two menus and said" TABLE. FOR. TWO? " like we didn't say anything to her. Like.. I know you heard us. We made eye contact and said the same thing at the same time. Our waitress did recommend a great beer however when we asked anything about the beer menu (i like to give the benifit of the doubt but she said she'd worked there for a few years and every table she served when they had questions about beer she'd say she'd have to asked the bartender) ..... I didn't know anything about beer til I started working somewhere that had it and then i decided it was less work for me and just learned it.. However if you can take 2hrs to complete a table that just gets 4 beers a pizza and an app... I guess that's why you wouldn't learn it.) I don't blame her I blame the establishment for letting one person run the entire floor and the kitchen because they gave us a large pizza which on the menu said $18.99 for a 25 peice pizza. And it was a 15 peice. When we had it remade it definitely wasn't great and still only 16 peices and they took money off only after offering a refund and another correct order. We didn't get either. I want to stress how much I do not blame the server. But this establishment.. The kitchen staff seems to be an issue, which again over worked and under staffed and paid will make customers complain. I only leave this review because I know I wish more people complained about my restaurant. They give great service but the staff nor management accountability and or staffing is there This Pic is a pizza we at two and three slices off.... A large... 25peice pizza. OK. Anyway. Like I said the kitchen seemed to be giving the sever a hard time and I do appreciate Abby she was lovely and 5 stars to you, darling."
