Papa Johns Pizza

"placed an order online, it was a pizza, cinnamon pull-aparts and a 2liter of pepsi. the order ended up arriving late, and i wouldn’t have even known it arrived if i wasn’t watching the window for the delivery person. when she arrived, she didn’t knock or ring the doorbell, and she forgot my soda. the food was not hot at all. i called the store only to find out that they put it through doordash. i NEVER have a good experience with that company. if i wanted doordash, i’d order from doordash. this explains why my food arrived late as well. the man on the phone was able to give me a refund but i am still annoyed. obviously there is a driver shortage. pay your employees more, and treat them well so you won’t be so shortstaffed and ruining the service."

"I used to LOVE Papa John's, but rarely order because they're a little pricey compared to other places. I bought 5 large pizzas last night...it was delivered 20 minutes behind schedule, almost 1 and a half hours since I ordered. The most aggravating part was, though, was the pizza. Way more cheese than they used to do, and basically no sauce on it. It was actually rather gross. I always loved this place for their sauce and crust, but it was pretty gross. I can't say that I will be ordering again. I cannot justify paying the prices for their pizza for it to be unappetizing. Sorry, but I will pass."

"This Papa John is usually on top of the game. Tonight my husband ordered a large one toping original crust and got a stuffed crust. Cheese bread with no marinara sauce. Out of all places we order pizza from Papa John's got it on point everytime. Not today and it was something we were look forward to after the week we had. Never again will I give business to Papa John's. ✌️"

"This place used to be good old everyday papa John's pizza. Tasted good and was managed well. But past month everytime I order pizza me and my kids gets stomach issues. The pizzas are weird. The customer is very dry, hard and flat. Not like it was before light airy and fluffier. The cheese I've gotten on the pizza is weird and doesn't cover the whole thing. Not sure if they are skimping on the toppings or what. It doesn't even look like the same pizza I'm used to. The dough Def doesn't taste the same at all and when I ordered just yesterday my order was delivered 45 past time the order left the store. I called about 30 mins into the wait (after I received a text saying it's on its way) to check on it and the manager said it just left 5 mins ago. The pizza, a stuffed crust beef was very cold, the crust of the pizza was so thin and soggy that the slices just broke in half when I tried to pull them apart. The cheese was looking and tasting old. Very big waste of $30! I was ordering pizza at least once a week, each time I'd go in the bathroom was a mess. And the place some of the employees looked a mess and so many orders were messed uo or never arrived so they had to remake the orders. . I don't know whats going on here but I'm done with papajohns. Yall need to fix these quality issues asap. The whole pizza is off and tastes nasty. I'd like my money back for the last pizza I ordered! I didnt eat the pizza. It was too disgusting. Parking close to the store is always bad. Little spots for multiple stores. Always full. This place has gone to the crapper. It's consistently bad pizza. Nit even up to the papajohns standards. Better ingredients, better pizza. Well this location needs to be inspected or retained on how to make pizza the pj way. Please look into the cleanliness of the prep areas and hygiene of the employees beciase were consistently gotten stomach issues after eating the pizza here."

"This is the most terrible papa John pizza that I have ever seen. The crust is uneven on the small. The large has no bottom to it or sauce. Thin crust without being thin crust. Tried calling the store but they can’t operate a phone either. Hung up on me three times."
