"My goodness! We used to use this store for our weekly takeouts but in the last few months the service as well as the quality of food have gone DOWNHILL! I try to give chances and reorder after disappointing orders but now I think I am absolutely done! The last pizza we ordered was flat as a crepe! A large pizza, really!!! Their system rarely works, doesn’t interface with the app and their pizza is terrible. I guess it’s Dominos from now on."

"Horrible experience. Pizza was terrible. Pizza says a thousand words. Crust looked like some took a bite and pepperoni & onion ( there was not much) was burnt. If it wasn't -3 degrees outside, I would take it back. Surely, not worth 18.11 No more pizza hut"

"Ordered was delivered late. Received texts that it was on the way for delivery by Tyler at 638pm. I checked at front door at 650pm food was sitting on the porch. It was supposed to be hand delivered. Last text at 7pm said it was delivered. No door bell ring or knock on the door. Called pizza hut where I ordered to compliment in they said they could not help cause they are only the hot line.the place I ordered never answered their phone.will never order again. This has happened to me 3 times in 6months. Will let everyone I know what occurred and to not order from pizza hut again."

"I honestly don't think we will ever order from that Pizza Hut ever again. We placed our order at 6:15p, and at 7:25 I called the store to see why we hadn't received the delivery yet. A female answered the phone with "Pizza Hut, please hold" and then she set the receiver down on the counter, I was on "hold" for over 15 minutes and then my friend decided to call the store while I was still on "hold". I could hear the store phone ringing as she called in, and then she was on the phone with someone in another country. That person tried to look up out order and couldn't find it in the system so they put her on hold and they called the store. (I was still on "hold" and could the other line ringing the store as he called) someone answered and the call was blind transferred to them. My friend asks the man in the store about our order and he says they can't find it but then tells her to hold on so he can check. He again puts the receiver down on the counter so she can hear what's going on in the background. I hung up since no one had come back to me yet. He comes back to my friend's call and tells her that they are really backed up but that he found our order. She asked him how long it will be before we should expect delivery and he says that he doesn't know because they are so busy. He would not give us a time frame at all. She ended the call after he said that he GUESSED it would be 20-25 minutes still. At 8:15 my friend called them again and they again answered with "Pizza Hut, please hold" and then set the receiver on the counter. She held for 10 minutes and then hung up and called back. This time someone answered and she told them we were needing to find out where our order was so he asked her to hold while he checked, then set the receiver down again. While checking, we could hear the employees cussing in the background about us calling and being so impatient. He then comes back and says he "found" our order and it will go out for delivery shortly. She then asked about getting the meal discounted or at no charge and he says that he has to talk to the manager about it and puts the phone down again. 10 minutes or so later she hangs up and calls back and tells the man that she has been on hold for far too long and that she needs to speak to a manager. He told her that he does not have time to cater to our every need. This is the absolute WORST customer service we have ever experienced. The delivery finally arrive to our house at 8:45pm and when we took it inside, the order was not what we asked for and it was completely cold. Needless to say, we were not willing to call the store back about the food issues after what we had already dealt with. I will be calling Pizza Hut Corporate today about this as well. Truly the worst experience I've dealt with on ordering pizza."
