Capitol Pizza

"This really saddens me to post, been coming here for quite some time and have enjoyed every experience up until tonight. Placed a $70 order and it was almost an hour later than its delivery time. My entire order was cold, pizza boxes were smashed. Called and asked to speak to the Manager, was quite rude said there was nothing they could since we already had our food. All they could offer was a pizza."

"The service here is just terrible. I just went in and stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. When I was finally acknowledged I was told that it would be 15 minutes for one slice of pizza as the two ladies who had just ordered before me had ordered their last two slices. I understand they would have to make some more, but there was literally two just sitting there, two slices of pizza, and that's exactly what I ordered. Those ladies ordered pizza and something else which needed to be cooked, why could I not have the pizza and they not get the fresh stuff? This is not my first time here but sadly this is the third time that I have gone in and I have never gotten a slice of pizza yet! I have only ordered delivery. There is nowhere to sit inside so I just decided to leave and hit Jim's Burger Haven. I just wish this place would get its act together because it's costing it business. My son and I pass by here all of the time and I always tell him that it has horrible service so I don't want to take him. I was just trying to day by myself to see if it was any better and nope, still garbage!"

"I've been a loyal customer to Capitol Pizza for about 6 years. I always order the same thing, the carry out special with half cheese and half pepperoni. Last time I called to make an order, they refused to fulfill my order saying that the "rules have changed". I tried explaining to the employee on the phone that I'm a regular customer and have literally been making the same order with you guys for several years. They didn't care. I've bought probably 100 pizzas from this place and they want to lose a customer over something so comical and trivial? All I wanted was the one topping applied to HALF the pizza. It's literally less ingredients and less labor. This place always had super friendly employees and good customer service but I guess that has changed now. Overall disappointed with how they've decided to treat their customers and because of that I will never be eating here again. I would rather go to Little Caesars than deal with incompetent management and rude employees. There are better options for pizza in the area."

"Highly recommended so decided to try them out for dinner. I ordered by phone waited 30 min, get there and they had no record of our order...mk (the seemed to have a lot of order and had some system issue) the apologized put our order in and we decided to walk a little while we waited. This mom and pops was great! This is a delivery/carry out place only with no tables. We had a pepperoni and sausage 10", a Capitol favorite 10" pizza and a order of mild wings. The pizza was delicious so cheesy and flavorful. Really delicious! The wings were perfectly cooked and sauced. Besides the ordering hiccup I do think this place was great and very good."
