"Sunrise Sunset is a great breakfast place! Nothing fancy but a good dependable standby. You can get a basic breakfast (my husband likes the 2+2+2: 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 pancakes!) I go for skillets or build my own omelets or order omelets from their menu! They honor my specific requests like fresh cracked eggs, butter on the side, etc. And, the price is right. We have been going here for 32 years! Dependable and friendly!"
"Had breakfast there this morning. We got the strawberry hot cakes, chicken fried steak, and the southern special along with orange juice and coffee. Lyn was our server, and she was so attentive and kind. She brought a pitcher of coffee, which was a really nice treat. They also bring you a pitcher of water when you’re seated. The hotcakes had a wonderful texture, soft but fully cooked. The gravy was delicious, and we enjoyed trying their own hot sauce. Would recommend! Everything was excellent, and I would be happy to bring more people here to try more of their dishes."
"Great place to start the day, I highly recommend the sunshine Skillet (tip: ask for hollandaise sauce on the side to enhance the dish). Jam is not out of packets but fresh! Yum!"
"Delicious food at a VERY low price. We came here at 6:40am on a Friday and were seated immediately. I ordered the chicken fried steak. Food came out within minutes and the portions were perfectly sized. I was expecting to pay a lot more for the food based on the menu prices but upon getting the check it was about $6 cheaper than the menu prices. It was a lovely surprise. The gravy was delicious!"
"Just your typical little diner, no complaints! It's definitely better than going to your typical chain diner. Although it was busy, service was fast and friendly. Food was as expected. It's just a little diner."
